Shane McAnally

Shane McAnally grew up in Mineral Wells, Texas. He moved to Nashville in the mid-nineties and recorded for Curb Records for five years before moving to Los Angeles in 2001. He returned to Nashville in 2008, and soon after, co-wrote Lee Ann Womack’s grammy nominated single “Last Call.” In 2011, he had a three-week #1 song with Kenny Chesney’s “Somewhere With You” (co-written with JT Harding) followed by a two-week #1 with Jake Owen’s “Alone With You” (co-written with JT Harding and Catt Gravitt) in 2012. Currently, his song “Neon” (co-written by Josh Osborne and Trevor Rosen) recorded by Chris Young, is climbing the country charts.
He has also had songs recorded by Reba McEntire, Leann Rimes, Luke Bryan, Billy Currington, Tim McGraw, Easton Corbin, David Nail, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, and Uncle Kracker, among others.
